Any action(s) undertaken on your behalf by Leadersoft or any of its owners, employees, associates, or other authorized representatives shall be solely governed by the terms and conditions of our End User Licensing Agreement and Contract for Services "EULA".  It is expressly understood by all parties doing business with Leadersoft (be they individuals, sole proprietors, LLPS or other corporate or company entities), that the EULA shall be the sole governing instrument between the parties.  READ THE EULA carefully.
